Recently, British journalist Piers Morgan made fun of India on grand celebration after winning 2 medals at the Rio Olympics, India was able to win only two medals, one bronze medal by Sakshi Malik and one silver medal by PV Sindhu. He said a country with 1.2 billion people extensively celebrating on two losing medals.
Even he was massively trolled on social media by some angry Indian fans for his tweets, but The Nawab of Nazafgarh and former explosive India batsman responded Piers Morgan in his typical clever style by saying that We Indian cherishes every happiness, no matter its small or big one. He didn’t stop and again hit back to Piers Morgan and said England invented cricket and still to win the World Cup.
But Piers Morgan didn’t quit. He responded to Sehwag with the tweet, “Very embarrassing, Legend. If KP24 was playing, we’d win the WC. Just as we won T20 WC & he was Man of Series.”
But Sehwag also didn’t drop his gun and replied to Piers Morgan, “KP is a legend no doubt,bt wasnt he born in SA,&by ur logic Eng shd hv won 2007WC. Why hv prblm wid our ppl,celbrtng.”
